How do I update a Task?

When a Task is auto-generated initially, it will populate the Work Order Name as the task name and the Work Order Scheduled timing as the task timing. To update an existing Task, simply click on the edit icon or click on the task row.

This will open up the Task pop-up window for you.

  1. Within the Task pop-up, you may rename the Task Name & Instructions field.
  2. You may reassign the selected task to another agent by using the Agent(s) drop-down menu.
  3. You may add task level form(s) by toggling the Fill Up Forms button and clicking + Add Forms to add form(s)
  4. Once you’ve made the desired changes, click on Update Task.
