How is a Task created?

Although the first set of Tasks is auto-generated for the agents, you can always edit them or create brand new tasks. You can create tasks for your field agents under the Manage Agent Task(s) section within the Work Order Creation Page.

To create a new task,

  1. Head to the Manage Agent Task(s) section and click + Add
  2. Enter the Task Name and the necessary Instructions.
  3. Toggle the Fill Up Form(s) button and click + Add Forms to include any forms that need to be filled while performing a task.
  4. Click Save Task.


Note: You may also create a task by selecting the +Add option within the Task pop-up.
