It is similar to customizing your email inbox. If you have customized (color coded, categorized and setup rules to organize) your email inbox you might use this feature in ReachOut. If not the chances are that you will sail on just fine.
To set preferences for your tickets inspections and work orders you can go to Settings > Preferences
