Syncing Customers and Inventory List to QuickBooks

You can easily sync all your payment invoices, customers and inventory data between ReachOut and QuickBooks after it is successfully authenticated.

    • You can export customers details from ReachOut to QuickBooks by navigating to: Customers > Import & Export > Export > Export to QuickBooks

  • Securely import the customer details in your QuickBooks account to ReachOut by clicking on – Import & Export > Import > Import customers

To sync the parts and components that you have listed in your inventory with QuickBooks, go to – Parts Inventory > Parts List > Import > Import Parts from QuickBooks

 

Or Parts Inventory > Parts List > Export > Export Parts to QuickBooks

 

Thereafter, you can view all the exported Customers/Parts List by signing in to your QuickBooks account.
