Setting Preferences

Why do you need to Customize?

It is similar to customizing your email inbox. If you have customized (color coded, categorized and setup rules to organize) your email inbox you might use this feature in ReachOut. If not the chances are that you will sail on just fine.

How To Set Preferences?

To set preferences for your tickets inspections and work orders you can go to Settings > Preferences

1This tab will take you to the preferences for the Ticket Management Module
2This tab will take you to the preferences for the Inspection Management Module
3This tab will take you to the preferences for the Workorder Management Module
4Custom Status is where you can change color codes for the management module
5Custom Rules where you can set rules for events to preset to a status
6Custom Categories is where you can create and edit categories to classify the ticket , inspection or work order
