What’s an Inspection process?

An Inspection, or Audit, is a formal way to collect information using forms. The forms are customized with questions that guide the inspector through the process. Inspections are usually conducted more than once and therefore the same forms are reused. Information collected by the inspector may also include annotated photographs, and video or audio recordings.
