ReachOut’s Invoicing & Payment feature takes a transformative turn to simplify payment solutions!

Upgrades to the new Invoicing & Payment features are being launched in two phases. The first set of upgrades, launched on March 24, 2025, includes better integrations, offline payment recording, partial payment abilities, and more. The second phase of the upgrades, which will include batch invoicing, bulk payments, template updates, and more, is set to launch in April 2025. 

Here’s a rundown of how the new upgrades in Invoicing and Payments will better equip you to manage field service and provide enhanced customer service. 

Key Feature Upgrades Available Now:

  • Stripe Integration: Payments are made more simple with Stripe integration. Field service providers using ReachOut can now integrate their accounts with Stripe to accept online customer payments. 
  • Recording Offline Payments: Assigned to a no-network site? Recording payments is still a breeze with ReachOut! ReachOut users can now manually record customer payments offline and ensure accurate transaction records.
  • Enabling Partial Payments: Your customers want to make partial payments, but you don’t have the right invoice. Not anymore! Field technicians can now allow their customers to make partial payments toward an invoice, leaving the invoice marked as “partially paid” until the full payment is settled.
  • Invoice ID Format Settings: Account managers or admins can now configure the format for invoice IDs in their accounts. They can set a prefix, define the sequence length, and set the sequence number for the invoices.

New Feature Updates Coming Soon:

  • Batch Invoicing: Invoicing for large service requests, recurring work, or periodic bills is now easy! ReachOut users can now generate and send multiple invoices for completed customer jobs at once rather than individually, saving more time and reducing invoice duplication and errors.
  • Partial/Multiple Invoicing: Service businesses can now easily generate invoices for advance payments, ongoing projects, or partial work completions. ReachOut will now have the option to raise multiple invoices for a single job based on the time frame, specified job completion, nature of payment, and more!
  • Deposits: This feature in ReachOut will allow field service providers to receive an advance (initial payment) from a customer before offering a service covering materials, labor costs, or a commitment fee.
  • Bulk Payment for Multiple Invoices: Field service companies using ReachOut can allow their customers to settle multiple invoices (outstanding payments) simultaneously through the Customer Hub in ReachOut.
  • Invoice Templates: Service businesses can now customize invoice templates within their accounts. Users can add their logo, choose a color scheme, and select which elements to include on the invoice, such as service details or payment information.
