Can I evaluate ReachOut for free before purchasing it?

Yes! The ReachOut FREE tier is free forever for the first 3 users. (We require users with only the FREE tier to actively use the system at least once every 30 days, or risk having their account deleted.) Sign up and try it out. What have you got to lose? Your 4th user is only $25 more — that’s only $6.25 per user!

Adding users after the first 3 is done within the “Settings” of your account, after you have signed up.

How hard is this software to use?

The ReachOut app is so simple and intuitive that virtually no training is needed for the Field Agent.

Field Agents (what we call the workforce who deliver service at a customer location) download and use the app to get assignments. The Apple version is available on Apple’s App Store and the Android version is on the Google Play site.

Setting up the system is straightforward. The “Admin” user controls who has access, and creates and dispatches assignments. The Admin user will need to spend some time getting familiar with how to work with ReachOut.

Is my data secure?

Yes! Our technicians manage the system, including backups. Data is encrypted when stored on the backend. All transmittal of the data is also done over an encrypted channel.
