What information do we collect?
We collect information from you:
- When you register or request additional information on the Site;
- When you download Fingent’s App or purchase the Service;
- When you transmit information through the App to the Service, and vice-versa;
- When you register for or attend corporate events.
When ordering or registering on our Site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. The App may request that you enter into the App, and transmit to the Service, certain personal information about yourself, including some or all of your: (i) first name and last name; (ii) e-mail address; (iii) mailing address; (iv) telephone numbers; and (v) credit card number. We use third-party services to process your credit card payments, and we do not process or store your credit card information.
The Service may also record information about your use of the App, such as the times and dates at which you use the App, the particular portions of the App you use, and the details of transactions you conduct using the App.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your Content. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Site or Service, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We store your information on our servers located in New York, USA. We may also store your information on servers located in India. You hereby consent to your information being transferred to, and stored in, such territories.
