Revamped Calendar: Streamlined Scheduling, Improved Performance

Managing schedules and allocating technicians has never been easy. Our new and improved calendar brings a host of usability, design, and performance improvements, redefining the way managers handle everyday job scheduling. 

  • Sleek User Interface

The all-new, sleek calendar interface offers clear insights into schedules and technicians’ availability. This gives dispatchers more insight into each job, simplifying the assignment process. The Tabs for All, Work Orders, and Inspections offer the flexibility to choose the preferred method of displaying Jobs.

  • Create Button & Filtering

Easily create work orders, inspections, or mark leaves for technicians using a multi-purpose Create button located at the upper-right corner of the interface. Sort fully scheduled tasks by Agent or Team. Filter unassigned or unscheduled assignments based on Date Range, Priority, or Agent Name

  • Effortless Job & Task Edits

We’ve revamped the job and task editing process for the better. A new pop-up interface replaces the previous side panel, ensuring that even the most basic edits on unscheduled jobs are a breeze. Create, update, and manage tasks seamlessly, saving time and effort.

  • Job Status at a Glance

Stay on top of workload with the new job status indicators. At the top right corner of the calendar, two tabs display the count of unassigned and unscheduled jobs. Each job is color-coded with a preset priority color, making it easier than ever to prioritize tasks. 

  • Efficient Leave Management

Managing leaves for your technicians is now easy. Use the multi-purpose Create button to mark leaves and make needed edits within the new pop-up window, replacing the previous side panel. Created leaves are displayed on the calendar, making sure you’re always in the loop.

  • Day, Week, Month Views 

Select from the Day, Week, and Month Views of the Calendar. Whether you require a detailed breakdown of daily activities, a broader overview of the week’s commitments, or a monthly snapshot of your agenda, these varied views cater to your specific requirements.
