We’re thrilled to unveil our new and revamped pricing plans for ReachOut. This updated pricing structure marks a significant upgrade from our previous model. Here’s introducing five distinct pricing tiers: Free, Standard, Premium, Ultimate, and Enterprise.

This simplified pricing model offers enhanced value and affordability for service businesses of all sizes. We’re excited about the possibilities these new plans bring. It’s time to empower our users with the most affordable and prominent solution for field service management.

Why did we make this change? 

This time, we are addressing concerns regarding limited pricing options head-on! We’ve taken bold steps to diversify our offerings, ensuring that businesses of all sizes can benefit.

The outcome is a completely revamped pricing approach that offers multiple plans to choose from and complements our user’s budgets and specific requirements. It’s a pricing strategy designed to cater to every type of service business, whether small or enterprise-level.

It’s important to note that this isn’t an attempt to increase our prices. Rather, it results from a thoughtful decision to introduce plans that accommodate our customers’ evolving needs.

Without further ado, here’s a detailed breakdown of ReachOut’s updated pricing model, which is now in effect.

  • Free

Since its launch, ReachOut has been offered as a free service, and we’re maintaining that stance with our new pricing.

The free plan remains available for all users, allowing them to continue using ReachOut at no cost. Existing free users can retain their current plan.

While the Free plan has limitations, such as a cap of 25 jobs per month, users can still access essential service management features like work orders, inspections, calendars, invoices, etc.

  • Standard

The Standard plan, priced at $9 per user per month, is perfect for small and growing businesses on a budget. 

With a monthly limit of 250 jobs, this plan offers additional features on top of those available in the free version, including job templates, map view, inventory, route optimization, and more.

  • Premium 

The Premium plan is our top recommendation, giving users the best value. Priced at $15 per user per month and with virtually no limit on jobs, Premium grants access to an array of advanced features beyond the standard plan to simplify service operations further. This includes:

  1. Image Capture & Tagging
  2. Multi-agent Work Orders
  3. Custom Reports
  4. Job Revision
  5. Job Creation from Mobile App

Opting for Premium is ideal for medium-sized service firms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and substantial long-term savings. 

  • Ultimate

The Ultimate plan offers the complete end-to-end ReachOut experience. Priced at $25 per user per month, the Ultimate plan is tailored for service businesses with higher operational demands, extensive customer bases, and multiple technician teams.

With no limit on the number of jobs, the Ultimate plan unlocks several dedicated features in addition to those offered in the Premium plan, including:

  3. Third-party App Integrations
  4. Dedicated Account Manager
  • Enterprise
