Managing Returns
Field agents can initiate a return of allotted parts or equipment once a job is complete if there are extra parts or if the supplied parts turn out to be defective.

You can accept or reject the returned part(s) listed under a field agent and process them in the Returns section under Parts Inventory.
To accept returned items,
- Navigate to Parts Inventory > Returns.

- Here, you can view the list of the parts returned by your field agents. Click Accept and confirm Yes to approve the returned request for the inventory item.
