Accessing Help
It’s common for field agents to run into questions or issues while performing service tasks. Now, agents can get the help they need by accessing knowledge articles relevant to their job on ReachOut’s mobile app.
To access the in-app help articles,
- Tap More and select Help.
- Select a Help topic to expand and view the list of knowledge articles.
- Alternatively, search for a topic by entering related text into the search bar.
- Tap More Topics to view and browse the full list of help articles on ReachOut’s website.
