Invoice Templates

An invoice template is a predefined layout that simplifies the process of creating professional and consistent invoices. It includes essential elements such as itemized charges, taxes, and payment terms, ensuring accuracy and uniformity across all transactions. By using invoice templates, businesses can save time, reduce manual errors, and maintain consistency across every invoice they send.

Using Invoice Template

  1. Navigate to – Main Menu > CRM > Invoices and click Invoice Templates button
  2. You will be redirected to the Invoice Templates page and click + Invoice Template button to add a new invoice template.
  1. In the Add Invoice Template page, enter the template details:
  • Enter the Invoice Template Name 
  • Add the invoice item details, add tax and discount
  • Select the terms and conditions template and enter the description
  • Click the Save Invoice Template button

While Creating Invoices

The other way to set up and save invoice templates is when creating an invoice. 

  1. Go to  CRM > Invoices > + Invoice
  1. Add the required invoice details.
  2. Check the Save Invoice Template option.
  1. Enter a name for the template. Check Make Default option, if you need it to be the standard template for all your Invoices. Click the Save button.
